Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need, ensuring a positive experience during stressful situations.

Duties

Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles and services provided.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate towing services.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and towing operations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Towing experience would be preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must Speak & Write English, Reliable, Friendly, & Energetic
